Locals Complain of Boko Haram Harrassment and Recruitments going on around Ginaka, a vilage under Darazo Local Government, Bauchi

Locals are complaining about Boko Haram camps in the bush near ‘Ginaka’, a village under Darazo LGA Bauchi state

They said these group of insurgents have been there for over two months. They were accused by locals for kidnapping Alh Samaila Ilali Darazo after invading his residence in Darazo inwhich they collected a ransom of N6million. They were also accused of bombing a police station in Soro about 25km away from Darazo. Information reaching NEWISSUES has it that they are now recruiting members in the said village paying them N100,000 as allowance. Just the day before yesterday they went to Dauduwo a village near Darazo and rob traders of their money. Equally they went back to Samaila Ilali (Immediate past member of house of Representatives Darazo/Ganjuwa Federal constituency) where they met him yesternight and demanded from him tax in return for for his safety. People in those two LGAs (Ganjuwa and Darazo) are living in apprehension and constant fear from attacks by the Boko haram.
