The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has finally tweeted that the president has submitted the ministerial list to his office.
The list came on Wednesday, hours after the Senate adjourned for the day, fueling concerns the president may default on the September deadline he imposed on himself.
The list was presented by Ita Enang, Mr. Buhari’s adviser on Senate.
“I can now confirm that I just received #Thelist of Ministerial nominees,” Mr. Saraki tweeted.
“Presentation of list of Ministerial Nominees by Chief of Staff to President @MBuhari and SA on NASS ( @NGRSenate ),” he added, alongside photos of the presentation.
