A naval officer who stood his ground to challenge FCT Minister, Nyesome Wike, is being lauded as a hero by Nigerians. The photo of Lt. AM Yerima is all over the social media after video showed him blocking the FCT Minister and his entourage from getting access to an area where the FCT Minister said was an illegal
structure.
Lt..AM Yerima stood his ground telling the FCT Minister he can’t have access to the premises as he was following orders from a three star General. An army Wike can be seen furiously screaming at the officer who retorted back. Wike’s security details tried to push the officer and surge forward but the man refuse to.bulge. After the squabble, Wike and his men were forced to withdraw.
